Some People Need Their Head Checked

This post on HydenCeek Natadola Report Proves Regime Wrong elicited the following comment from a Blogger who goes by the tongue in cheek name of SDL. Read the following and my subsequent response to his persistent blind determintation to look the other way when faced with the truth.  You have to hand it to these pro military bloggers, once they get an idea there’s no convincing them otherwise. Anyways enough said and read on, I have only responded to his allegations concerning the Natadola Case.

The audit was on FNPF not Natadola project. E & Y examined the accounts of FNPF and management, not APRIL or Natadola. So HnC is already spinning the truth like it alway has.

APRIL was a vehicle of corruption. Dakuidreketi is not a qualified Engineer and APRIL has no experience in Hotel Construction. So how come they get contract as Developer of Natadola Project? It became apparent that Dakuidreketi’s was abusing his NLTB board membership and APRIL got the contract for Natadola (charging $4million in just admin and management fees).

Sorry SDL
But no one ever claimed that Keni Dakuidreketi was an Engineer, as a matter of fact neither did he. He is a registered land and property valuer with experience from NLTB and over fifteen years of running his own business as well as having a property development background.

Do you even know what these guys do and how they perform their duties? They are there to value the land based on its potential earning capacity, i.e. bringing or adding value to that land by creating commercial developments on the land.

When will you fuckwits understand that there was a binding contract with APRIL investments, and the FNPF Board, who went on to hire Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and in turn Construction Companies. All of these companies are owed money because they have produced working drawings that have enabled the project to be built. Who is going to pay them? Your Father?

No one is saying that the Board does not have the right to terminate APRIL as Project Managers, that is well within their jurisdiction. The fact of the matter is this Illegal Board had no business getting involved because they were illegally installed.

That asides if they knew what they were doing, which they’ve quite clearly demonstrated they don’t, then they should have followed the Termination of Appointment Clause that exists in the contract. Then they wouldn’t have opened up the FNPF Fund Members to legal action by virtue of the ignorant actions of the Illegally Appointed Board.

People like you and Felix Anthony have no idea of the Commercial Complexities of what it takes to run a project of this magnitude. Before you even lay the first concrete block you have spent a couple of hundred thousand dollars on the Design Work and Contract Drawings, Site Preparations and Investigations. Scientific testing carried out by Geotech Engineers to determine the ground Conditions which will in turn will affect the appropriateness of materials and design.

You should just go back and stick your head in the sand….better yet stick it up Felix Anthony’s ass, he could use the company seeing as how he’s shirking away from the public spotlight. E lamu tiko o koya se cava? Drau pamu!!

Besides that they just spent $10,000,000.00 of our money on a report that found no wrong doing on the part of those investigated.
