Felix Anthony’s Namesake Returning A Copy of The Ernst and Young Report To Him Along With The Mess He Made!
Well in the ongoing Natadola Saga and the now leaked copy of the Ernst and Young Audit, I hate to say I told you so but in case Felix Anthony is listening…… “Hey, You Ignoramus!! I told you so!! Thanks to you our funds are now liable to legal action!”
Click on the link to read the Fiji Times story for the full details Nothing In Natadola Case. The Fiji Times Report goes on to say the following.
“We were expecting it,” he said.
“Instead, they went on a wild goose chase.”
The report’s executive summary said there was no evidence of fraud in respect of investments.
I have taken a personal interest in the Natadola affair from the beginning due to my money being involved as an FNPF fund member and the fact that I think the development vision of APRIL would rival or even surpass Denarau Island. In case you haven’t been up to date with developments in this story I have placed links to previous posts on the unfolding drama.
Felix The Cat…Heavens To Murgatroid..A Rat Even..hmm Exit Stage Left!!
Felix The Cat…Where’sThe Bleeding Report?? You Conniving Rat!!
Funnily enough there’s no word from that Cabron Felix Anthony, usually he can’t wait to get his face in front of a camera. Just as Keni Dakuidreketi stated in the Fiji Times report above, the outcome of the report has exonerated them of all of the unfounded allegations made by that Imbroglione Felix The Cat. If there were any damaging findings concerning APRIL’s management practices then Felix The Cat would surely have released the report without hesitation.
The fact is they have sat on this report for over four months because the Interim Regime and all those involved had hoped the matter would fade away and die a natural death. The question now is what does Felix Anthony et al have to say now that they have placed FNPF members’ funds in jeopardy by subjecting us to a costly lawsuit by APRIL for breach of contract?
Remember that APRIL is perfectly within their rights to sue the FNPF Board, by extension we the shareholders as well, as the conditions of termination of contract were not observed. That’s what happens when you get a Unionist who is used to standing on a soapbox and fighting about social issues. But when you put him in charge of a commercial entity with all of it’s intricate technical and financial complexities, of which he has ABSOLUTELY BUGGER ALL EXPERIENCE, then he may as well just get off the soapbox take out a bar of soap from the box and STUFF HIS MOUTH…..or something else for that matter!!
My suggestion is that Felix The Cat’s namesake takes the bomb he’s carrying and do us all a favour by putting us out of misery….return the bomb to it’s righful owner Felix Anthony quicksmart!!! Have we heard the end of this saga? Not by a long shot!! Will we be hearing from that Rat B!#$*?@ anytime soon giving an explanation for his actions????
Fuuuuugggggeeeedaaabooouttiiit!!!!!
They should make him PAY for the monumental blunder (pecuniary of course – not with his life).
I sincerely hope APRIL sue him, personally, for this.
Or better still, Keni should just wack the fala properly saraga.
Otherwise, we just get MAQE to do one Donkey Kong on his ass!!!

Don’t forget that other bald headed B@$t@rd Daniel Urai…
One thing that would go a long way to alleviating any impending legal costs on our behalf is to just return the project to APRIL and let them get on with the project. We can only wait and see what’ll happen next. Ten bucks says either Felix The Cat remains silent or he comes up with another blustering denial.
Anywhich way kick him in the nuts when you see him in public.

I wonder if the UN General Assembly will ask Baini about the letter that UN Special Rapporteur on the Independence of Judges and Lawyers, Leandro Despouy, wrote to the interim Government to seek an invitation to conduct an official visit to Fiji.
That letter was written in June and still no reply by Baini’s illegal regime. I reckon thats a little bit disrespectful on his part.
Do you think they gonna put him on the spot at NY and just ask him – “WTF is going on with you Bai? WTF haven’t you responded to our letter. Fucken-Ass?”
He will probably answer – “Aare wha! I’m still having that letter checked out by my security ppl (you know for bombs reh!). After that I need to get I-Ass to define some of the words used by Leandro. Then Driti will need to examine it to tell me the real message hidden between the lines. Thats why its taking so long.”
To which the General Assembly will all nod their heads in agreement and all say together in one voice – “Uuummmm Qola qola!”.

The president of the UN’s general assembly will have a field day, if and when, he has the misfortune to introduce dicktator bananasinpyjamas to the meeting.
“Members, It is my duty, not my pleasure, to ask the person responsible for ruining beautiful Fiji, to address us. May I ask him to firstly explain why his junta does not want the UN to look at the judicary in Fiji. Members, please do not laugh openly at his childish and foolish statements. Members, I give you the illegal pretend PM, deckhand bananasinpyjamas.”

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the E & Y report was specifically on FNPF. Not Natadola project, so Dakuidreketi is not out of the woods yet.

Well SDL I don’t know whose bubble is burst because we sure as hell haven’t heard from Felix Anthony for awhile. Methinks he must be ruing the day he bit off more than he could chew with the Natadola Mess he created.
Keni’s got absolutely nothing to worry about, as we speak he’s enjoying himself watching the Flying Fijians prepare for their match against Australia. Where’s Felix? Hiding under the bed? I’ll give you a ten for your dogged persistence. RTNC.

Correct. These two fools are like fish out of the water Jumping and flipping about vigorously as they are out of their depths with something they were wrongfully given responsibility of. You’ll never get anywhere with such arrogance and ignorance these two idiots show. Look what a mess they have created. Really outside their scope of compatability this FNPF role they’ve got.

Once again you fail to understand that in Major Construction projects the Project Managers are not always Engineers. More often than not they are from any of the related professional disciplines in the Construction Industry. They are either Architects or Quantity Surveyors, Engineers or even the recognised professional discipline of Project Managers.
Once again you have deliberately chosen to misrepresent the truth by stating that Dakuidreketi disputed the reccomendations of HLKJ for structural changes. Keni was quoting the advice that they had been given by their NZ Structural Engineers, the Holmes Consulting Group.
Which point do you not understand about APRIL being appointed Project Managers, they are the developers. They came up with the concept they brought together all the stakeholders. I never stated that Keni misrepresented himself as an Engineer, you did. For your information they also had two Civil Engineers in their Management Team Jacques H. Quibel and D. Prayitno.
They did not prepare the Blueprints to the Construction Drawings that was done by Bruce Henderson Architects out of Melbourne and the Holmes Consulting Group. These firms were hired by APRIL to provide the Architectural and Engineering Services for the Natadola Project. HLKJ was one of the unsuccessful firms along with Yellow Architects that bid for the design component of the Project but were deemed too expensive as well as having an inappropriate design that did not match the developer’s vision.
The Project Managers job is to coordinate the activities of all the Professional Consultants, they are free to state for the record the advice and recommendations that has been given to them by the Professional Consultants they have hired.

You’re wrong again Fuggedaboutit. Construction projects for structures and roads require a Civil Engineer with proven track record of previous construction projects.
How does a developer know what to do with soil analysis reports, load bearing, structual analysis of the architectural plans without an Engineering background?

Dakuidreketi disputed the changes by HLK Jacob who were they construction company. HLK Jacob is a reknown NZ Construction company well knowledgeable of NZ building codes. Holmes Consulting was not the principal construction company by was brought in by Dakuidreketi on the 11th hour to repudiate HLK Jacobs recommendations.

Which point do you not understand about APRIL being appointed Project Managers, they are the developers. They came up with the concept they brought together all the stakeholders.
APRIL came up with the concept, because Dakuidreketi abused his role as NLTB Board Director and giving a APRIL the contract (using insider information) allowed APRIL to ply their incestous relations which is totally unethical.
Dakuidreketi was conflict of interest for representing both NLTB and APRIL was called into question by the other faction of landowners led by Apisai Tora.
I never stated that Keni misrepresented himself as an Engineer, you did. For your information they also had two Civil Engineers in their Management Team Jacques H. Quibel and D. Prayitno.
APRIL does not have construction experience; let alone design and construct any building or civil works project. How does a company with convicted felon as Executive and no track record of Hotel Construction get the contract?
Comment by SDL — September 23, 2007 @ 12:32 am |
It might interest you to know that the Fiji Building Code has been adapted from the Australian and New Zealand Building Codes, both of which are very similar in nature with only minor variations in regards to structural issues. How do they get the contract? APRIL is the the developer they decide who is the going to get the contract. FNPF was buying into their project as a majority shareholder. Houng Lee Kaba Jacob is not a Construction Company they are Structural Engineers.
Read the Natadola Masterscript on the Post ‘Who’s On First? Who’s On Second?’ It may open up your eyes to some of the halftruths you are fond of peddling here. Jeepers it’s like trying to teach a kid the concept of Quantum Physics, the whole subject is way too advanced for an undeveloped mind.
